Whirlfloc tablets are a fining product that is added directly to the boil.
Whirlfloc is a blend of Irish moss and purified carrageenan that encourages the precipitation of haze causing materials such as proteins and Beta glucans.
Use one tablet per 10 gallons, or half a tablet for 5 gallons.
Add to the boil with 5-10 minutes remaining.
