Lager Light (Gladfield)

Lager light is made especially for brewing an all malt lager where a light colour is desirable. It can also be used alongside Gladfield wheat malt when brewing delicate bright clean wheat beers where low colour formation is important and a clean malt profile is required.

Colour (EBC) – 2.5-2.9

We crush grains free of charge. Choose between uncrushed, regular crush (0.064″) or fine crush (0.032″).
