Light Chocolate (Gladfield)

Gladfield Light Chocolate is a lighter version of Gladfield Chocolate malt. Produced in the same way and roasted to a lower temperature and lighter colour, this malt has fantastic roasted and espresso coffee like flavours. A great addition to stouts and porters.
